Returns Policy - Bahrain

Feri Unique Fashion Trading Llc – Exchange and Returns Policy

 

RETURNS

 

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this section, we offer a 7 day retuns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 7 days from and after the date of the delivery of your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, all items (including promotional gift items that may accompany an order) must be returned to us within 7 days of order receipt with the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must be in brand-new condition and without any damage or usage.
  • Items returned should be accompanied by all   original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached wherever possible. For Swimwear the hygiene liner must be intact.
  • If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the items are returned in a condition that is protective and respects the integrity of the product
  • The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
  • Please note, beauty items, grooming items, underwear and earrings cannot be returned

 

ITEM RETURN POLICIES

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We can only issue a credit note for promotional items.

 

Damaged Goods and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process below. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include the taxes and any duties.

 

Replacements may be available depending on stock. If an item has a manufacturing defect, it may also benefit from a manufacturer’s defects warranty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at ecomm@feriunique.com.

 

Shoes

 

Shoe returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Beauty and grooming items (including skincare, fragrance, make-up and haircare), [swimming products], underwear, face masks, earrings, candles and vintage pieces cannot be returned.

 

Packaging

 

Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as, for example, damaged shoe boxes may prevent re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.

 

Gifted Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND PROCESS

 

Returns Process

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: #VDR, 1710, 17th Floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in the case of a defective product.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item being returned is found to be defective, we will bear the cost of return shipping and the amount will not be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over 100 BHD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Process

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

 

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ecomm@feriunique.com and send your item to: #VDR, 17th Floor, 1710, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However nothing in this Exchange and Returns Policy is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under Bahraini law.

 

This Returns Policy is governed by the federal laws of the Kingdom of Barhain and all disputes arising here under are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
